SAP Active Global Support offers comprehensive services for every aspect of customers' software implementation, operations and upgrades, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem resolution, and knowledge transfer.
Being part of the Active Global Support at SAP AG the Technology Center of Expertise is dealing with problems and objectives in the field of technology of SAP's software solutions. . Our main tasks are the worldwide definition and the development of technology-related services for our customers. All services are provided through an efficient network that offers online access to our knowledge databases, best practices, and sophisticated tools such as the SAP Solution Manager. Also we ensure accomplishment of these services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Support employees possess sound technical know-how in the SAP NetWeaver application and integration platform and thus ensure and optimize the operation of software solutions.
Expectation and Tasks:
- Customer- and Partner management
- Analysis of technology questions that are critical for the productive system environments of our customers and the related problem solving
- Delivery of support services within the scope of risk analysis as well as the resulting technical optimizations at our customers
- Development of Support Services based on new SAP products and rollout of these services into the worldwide support organization
- Creation of system analysis and problem solving of customer messages
- Temporary support at our customers sites
- Optimize availability, monitoring und performance
- Development of concepts and tools for a proactive prevention of problems
Work Experience:
- Master's degree in mathematics, physics or information technology
- Profound know-how in IT
- Know-how in Java
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Customer oriented
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel
